General Description of Requirements for the DPRO
IP-Operators are required to appoint a Data Protection Reporting Officer (the: "DPRO"). This task is allocated to the Non-Executive Director, who has to be aware of the general technical infrastructure of the IP-Operator, and report on it. The DPRO needs to be a Cura?ao resident. The function may be combined with the Money Laundering Reporting Officer ("MLRO") and the Responsible Gaming Reporting Officer ("RGRO") in which event this person who will be holding these combined functions, shall be named the Combined Reporting Officer ("CRO").
