Self Study: Rules and Regulations on AML (Chapter C)

CEG Operators are required tot have properly maintained AML Procedure in place. Such AML Procedure shall have minimum requirements.

The Operator needs to have at all times a full overview available on Key Individuals. This includes UBO's.

The Operator shall comply with the local Substance Requirements of Cura?ao, pertaining its Board of Directors.

The Operator shall abide by the policy agreements as determined by CEG.

The Operator cannot hold multiple Grants at the same time and is required to report the existence of another Grant, prior to the closing of the IP Agreement. Existing Grants within the Concern of the Operator need to be reported as well.

The Operator needs to make sure that its financial statements are in order. It needs to comply to audits and it needs to be sufficiently solvent.

Operators are required to register every Third Party rendering services with the CEG for Accreditation purposes.

The Operator is required to report to CEG every Quarter on matters of AML.
