About this procedure (DR2Y3JQ8)

This procedure is meant for B2B participants participating within the CEG Ecosystem to make notification of disputes pertaining to a suppliers relationship, such as however not limited to payment disputes, agreements and terms & conditions.

In order to file a B2B Dispute Notification, please download the B2B Dispute Notification Questionnaire (“B2BDNQ”) below, after having read all instructions on how to file the B2BDNQ.

As per B2B dispute resolution policies of Cura?ao eGaming (“CEG”), after the B2B Plaintiff has completed Section A, the Executive (team) on behalf of the B2C Operator shall be requested by CEG to within 72 hours complete section B of the said form, in order to provide further insight into the issue raised by the B2B Plaintiff. Not complying with this requirement triggers material breach of the IP-Agreement.

After CEG has received the completed section C, it will be sent by CEG to the Non-Executive Director (CSP) for certification purposes, after which CEG shall make further inquiries, allow all parties to respond if necessary and then make a determination on the validity of the claim filed by the B2B Plaintiff, which shall be reported to all involved parties simultaneously. Depending on the circumstances, the said determination may be binding for the B2C Operator, however any party may opt to litigate within the court of their choosing.

CEG MAY (EVEN ROUTINELY) REQUEST ANY PARTY TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE TO CONFIRM THE EXISTENCE OF NATURAL INDIVIDUALS AS WELL AS THE AUTHENTICITY OF ANY DOCUMENTATION.

ABUSE OF THE B2BDNQ PROCEDURE BY ANY OF THE PARTIES MAY LEAD TO A FORMAL CRIMINAL COMPLAINT AGAINST ANY REPRESENTATIVE IN THE EVENT OF MALICIOUS INTENT, EXTORTION, TORT, FRAUD AND/OR FORGERY IN YOUR LOCAL JURISDICTION, INCLUDING FAILURE OR REFUSAL TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE SUPPORTING THE AUTHENTICITY OF CLAIMS, NATURAL INDIVIDUALS OR DOCUMENTATION.
